Terms of service
Effective and last updated: April 25, 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using Creative Patterns, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Creative Patterns provides a Markdown-centric workspace to organize paid creative work, connect performance data (including Reddit Ads where available), run pattern analysis, and generate runbook-style outputs. Features change during private beta; we may add, modify, or remove functionality, issue credits, or introduce billing with notice where feasible.
Eligibility & account
You must be able to form a binding contract and not be barred from receiving the service under applicable law. You are responsible for account security and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access other users' workspaces or data.
- Reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent allowed by law, or probe or stress the platform in ways that harm availability.
- Use the product for unlawful purposes, to violate platform rules (including Reddit's), or to scrape or exfiltrate data you are not authorized to hold.
- Misrepresent performance, bypass credit limits, or resell access without consent.
Your content
You retain rights to material you upload or create. You grant Creative Patterns a non-exclusive license to host, process, copy, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you — including running analysis and generating runbooks you request.
Third parties
Integrations (for example Reddit Ads API, Supabase, OpenAI when enabled) are governed by those providers' terms as well. You are responsible for complying with Reddit and any ad platform rules when syncing or importing data.
Credits and fees
Some actions consume creative credits as shown in the product. Grants, debits, and refunds follow server-side rules described in app copy and documentation. If paid plans launch, pricing and renewal terms will be presented at purchase; until then, promotional or founder access may be offered separately.
Disclaimers
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” Pattern scores, narratives, and runbooks are decision-support tools — not a guarantee of advertising outcomes, ROAS, or compliance with Reddit or other platforms. You are responsible for your campaigns and for verifying outputs before publication.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Patterns and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service during private beta is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero during unpaid beta).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, risk to the service or other users, or operational reasons, with notice when reasonable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the United States have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
